Healthy Laddoos

ingredients

  • 1 cup tigernut flour

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 3 tablespoons water


instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients

  3. Add the coconut oil, stirring or using your fingers to completely combine (it will have a moist, crumbly texture). Add the water and stir until combined

  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes until hardened

  5. Leave to cool

  6. Once cooled, grind the dough into a powder

  7. Add a few drops of water to the powder and shape into balls
