How do I store my strp’d tigernut flour?

My pack of tigernut flour arrived squashed, is this normal?

Yes! Your bag did not get squashed, it is intentionally vacuum packed! We do this so that there is no risk of contamination from microorganisms. This allows us to provide the cleanest long-life product, stripped of all nasties and preservatives.
