Grain-free Chocolate Granola

ingredients

  • 1 cup strp’d tigernut flakes

  • 1 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 135 degrees C and place a lined baking sheet on the middle baking rack in the oven

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then evenly spread onto the baking sheet

  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Chck the granola at 35 to make sure it isn’t burning. It will dry more as it cools

  4. Store in an airtight container
