Grain-free Vegan Brownies
ingredients
60g tigernut flour
30g cassava flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
55g unrefined cane sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
30g cocoa powder
45g dark chocolate chips
75ml oil of choice
125ml non-dairy milk of choice
instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Mix the wet ingredients
Add the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour mix into a 20cm square lined baking tin and tap to remove air bubbles
Bake for 20-25 mins
Leave to cool before cutting into 12 pieces.
