Anti-inflammatory Chai Spiced Bliss Balls
ingredients
1 cup tigernut flour
3/4 cup pitted dates
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon concentrated vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
instructions
Lightly roast the tigernut flour in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180ºC
Combine all ingredients and blend at a high speed until the mixture resembles a sticky, crumbly texture
Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls. You can add a few drops of coconut oil if it is too dry
Place in the fridge to set and then enjoy with your favourite spiced chai
