Anti-inflammatory Chai Spiced Bliss Balls

ingredients

  • 1 cup tigernut flour

  • 3/4 cup pitted dates

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon concentrated vanilla extract

  • pinch of sea salt

instructions

  1. Lightly roast the tigernut flour in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180ºC

  2. Combine all ingredients and blend at a high speed until the mixture resembles a sticky, crumbly texture

  3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls. You can add a few drops of coconut oil if it is too dry

  4. Place in the fridge to set and then enjoy with your favourite spiced chai
