Vegan Doughnuts

ingredients

  • ¾ cup @strp.d tigernut flour

  • ½ cup tapioca flour

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup avocado oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Pour batter into a piping bag
3. Grease a doughnut pan well
4. Fill the batter HALF way and bake at 180 C for 15 minutes or until cooked through
5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes
