Plant-Based Pizza

ingredients

  • 1 cup + 3 tablespoons Strp’d Tigernut flour ⁣

  • 1/3 cup arrowroot ⁣

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt ⁣

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or garlic powder ⁣

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil⁣

  • 1 tablespoon water ⁣

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C and line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper ⁣

  2. Sieve together the flours in a large mixing bowl and add additional ingredients⁣

  3. Grease your hands with olive oil and form the pizza dough into a ball. Place onto baking sheet and flatten to an 8” circle ⁣

  4. Transfer to a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until hardened or browned.⁣

  5. Remove from the oven, add desired toppings and bake for another 7-15 minutes.
