Plant-Based Pizza
ingredients
1 cup + 3 tablespoons Strp’d Tigernut flour
1/3 cup arrowroot
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or garlic powder
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C and line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper
Sieve together the flours in a large mixing bowl and add additional ingredients
Grease your hands with olive oil and form the pizza dough into a ball. Place onto baking sheet and flatten to an 8” circle
Transfer to a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until hardened or browned.
Remove from the oven, add desired toppings and bake for another 7-15 minutes.
