Banana Bread Baked “Oats”
ingredients
100g strp’d tigernut flour (sifted)
1 medium ripe banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate (optional for topping)
instructions
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
In a small blender, blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate) until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish
Top the batter with chocolate chips and then bake for 18-22 minutes
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then devour immediately
