Healthy Baked Breakfast Bowl topped with Bananas, Chocolate and nut butter, could not be more heavenly!

Baked Chocolate Breakfast Bowl

ingredients

  • 1 cup tigernut flour

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC

  2. Combine all ingredients and blend

  3. Bake for 15 minutes

  4. Top with bananas, chocolate, seasonal fruit, seeds and a dollop of peanut butter
