ingredients
1 cup tigernut flour
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 mashed banana
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
instructions
Preheat oven to 200ºC
Combine all ingredients and blend
Bake for 15 minutes
Top with bananas, chocolate, seasonal fruit, seeds and a dollop of peanut butter
